Clearing the clutter - BIG TIME!

Hello,

I was just inspired to watch this video: Our DNA is always changing ~ Abraham Hicks.
It made me think about how non-physical is so stable because it instantly becomes what is wanted.
Think about it, if you instantly went to your desires, you'd be stable too. However it is our wanting (as the leading edge of all that is) to be in a physical world of contrast and to explore that contrast to create new desires.

Having said that, we're not here to suffer it out. By just being here, by being alive and physical, we are exploring contrast. With this is mind, I think to myself that I should be taking it a lot easier.

A few years back I decided that I'd had enough of many physical items I had been keeping hold of for a long time. I mercilessly got rid of most of what I owned (which wasn't a vast amount anyway). This process made me feel a lot lighter. A few years on and I have again accumulated quite a few items (for me, at least). I tend to keep things that I think will come in handy. Sure some of these items do have practical uses, yet I do not use them often at all. For example I have a lot of items that I use to do a hobby of mine, however I have not participated in that hobby for some time, but I justify keeping these items because "one day I'll want to do that hobby again, so I'll need that stuff". That all seems fine, yet the fact that these things are laying around and getting in the way is doing my head in. But how could I simply throw out all of this stuff, it's worth money. So what, nothing is more valuable that your own happiness. When I think about having all of that stuff gone, I feel so much lighter and happier.

Ok, fine, so you throw all of those physical trappings away, and you're left with your good self, happy and content. Then one day you feel like participating in that hobby, but dang you threw all of the things away. Now what? Well think about it, that question only comes from a place of scarcity in the first place. You're only asking yourself that before you've actually done the deed of living without physical trappings. You see once you've cleared the clutter, you'll be living more of an emotional life than anything, and when you are feeling good more of the time, then inspirations will come and pathways will show up that will fulfill all of your desires around a subject. For example you'll be inspired to participate in your hobby when perhaps you're already around someone who has the necessary tools, etc. Basically it'll unfold easily. I've noticed that when I try to force inspiration (because 'things' are around me, so I should use them some time I guess!), it never works out anyway. It becomes like hard work and doesn't come from a place of true inspiration. It's confusing to the mind because at one time that hobby was once participated in from a place of joy and inspiration, and our mind holds onto that distant memory instead of seeing the reality of what our emotional guidance system is telling us now!

True Inspiration:

Imagine living from a place of true inspiration. Imagine that. Imagine having a clean slate and being open to what the Universe delivers. To be open minded and in the allowing state. To be guided by our emotional guidance system and following the inspiration we receive, rather than by the habitual patterns of our physical trappings.

To do this requires constant resolve. As I said at the start of this post, I've 'cleared the clutter' before, but let it come back in and affect me for longer than I'd like to think about. It comes down to a question:

Would you rather be attached to things, or to your emotional guidance system?

That question does not mean that you should disregard the physical experience, of course not. For sure become engrossed in any physical activity you've been inspired to, but see it for what it is, an experience.
A good trick is to think of every experience as a 'one off' experience. Don't try to replicate it or even talk about it that much in the sense of "that thing made me happy". Instead realise that you were attached to your emotional guidance system and that you went with the inspiration born out of consistently 'feeling' good.

When we ask our physical brain to work out what to do next, we won't get the same results as non-physical, which is what we really want. If we insist on working everything out for ourselves, a part of our brain finds patterns because it is trying to work out and plan what works purely based on physical experience that has already occurred, whereas non-physical is stable because it knows what works because it is already living it in real time. What the next inspiration will be may have nothing to do with anything you've done in the past.

I'm sure you've had those days where you've had the most fun time but you don't really know how it came to be. You hadn't 'planned' that day, because physically your brain could not have planned it. You must have followed your true inspiration which led you to a joyous experience.

When these days happen to me, I'll often say to myself "damn what a wonderful day, I'll have to make the effort to remember what I was doing on this day because I had an awesome time and want more like them".
Inevitably though I don't find the effort and 'lazily' let it go, and count it as a 'one off'. This though, is a good thing. In fact it's exactly the 'one off' attitude I spoke of earlier. Why then do we put up with going back to our old cluttered patterns. I think it's because we have physical momentos to remind us. One of those 'one off' experiences may not have ended up with bringing home a physical reminder of that experience. Some however do, and over time we start to collect those momentos and identify ourselves with them. When people judge us or think they know us, and we get angry because we're in disagreement, we're not angry because of what they think, we're angry because we have aligned our physical selves in a position that is out of alignment with our true selves, and that's the discord we're feeling.

I want you to end that. I want you to identify yourself as primarily, first and foremost, an emotional being.

It's time to align with who we really are!

Thanks!

Make peace with now, and be a Deliberate Creator!

Hello,

I've gained an insight recently which I'd like to share. I've realised that the reason I haven't been able to move on in some subjects is because, without even fully realising it, I have been obsessed with the source of how I came to be on the side of the subject I am  on. What I mean is, let's say there's a particular condition about your body that you do not like, so you are on the 'out of the Vortex' side of things on that certain subject. To see the other side of the subject one has to deliberately change their thoughts about the subject so that it is 'inside the Vortex' and thus allows the condition to change.

Ok that sounds simple enough, so why do we become obsessed with the source of the problem, rather than focusing all our efforts on moving on to the solution. One can say that it's a cultural thing about how society remember past events, is stuck in whatisitis, etc, however I believe it is more personal than that. I think that there is a curiosity in us that wants to know how things came to be, and I think I've discovered why.
The reason essentially is this: We do not see the condition as being the same as the source of the condition, therefore we feel as though we must deal with the source of the problem rather than simply the condition at hand.

Now if we knew the source of the condition, we knew exactly how we manifested the condition, then fair enough we could work from that. However the source of the condition may have been many different factors coming together over a long period of time and then resulting in a condition that could be seen. We may wish that negative vibrations had not come to fruition as conditions, but the great thing is once it's manifested it is easy to notice, work with and change. This goes against the common knowledge that it is better to catch the negative vibration and change our thoughts before they manifest. Of course I agree with that, but once something has already manifested, then we must work from there, which really is just as good a method as any. It's like those two trains of thought have collided and instead of 'making peace' with what is, we're clambering to get back to change everything about ourselves that caused the condition to arise. I'm here to tell you that it's too late, so don't bother.

So it's too late to change? I have to put up with the condition? No, you just have to accept that the condition is there, make peace with the fact that it is there, and then go from that place. When one does this, then one can truly focus on moving on from that place to a better standing. But what if I change my thoughts about the condition and therefore I change the condition, if I haven't gotten to the source of what caused the condition, won't it show itself in other conditions? Please read from the start again :D You see because the condition is the exact same vibration (only manifested) as the source of it, then by changing our thoughts about the condition, we're also changing everything that is at the source of the condition.

Ok I'm starting to get this I hear you say. Hmm I've noticed sometimes that I can delberately change my thoughts about a condition quite easily, but I've hesitated because I think to myself "It can't be that easy". I guess it's because I'm thinking that it took a long time for some conditions to arise, therefore how could I possibly justify clearing it up that quickly.

My answer to you on that is that manifestations happen very quickly, which means that they can also be manifested to something different very quickly. It may just seem like a long time, however the physical manifestational condition is often the result of many different vibrations (all similar in essence) that come together and reach a 'tipping point' that results in a physical condition. We are multi-faceted beings, there's often a lot going on in our lives. Unless we live a very simple and primitive lifestlye, then we're highly likely to be thinking about many different subjects during our day. Let's say that you think about a thousand subjects per day. If only thirty of those subjects frustrated you and you only thought about those subjects for a few moments at varying times, chances are that those thoughts would not coalesce and not be focused enough to show themselves in a condition that frustrated you. Now let's say that out of a thousand subjects you think about during your day, eighty percent frustrated you, very much frustrated you or at least caused you some frustration. In this case, although you are not thinking and focusing on any one subject significantly enough for it to manifest, because each subject is of a similar vibrational nature, there is enough focused attention on this vibration for it to show itself as a physical condition.

How do we get to the point where we're thinking so many negative thoughts? Oftentimes we 'deliberate creators' have this vision of others or our 'past selves' as not being deliberate and being completely ignorant of our emotional guidance system to the point where we thought about a negative subject perpetually. We think that we must have thought about a subject so negatively, knew not what we were doing, and manifested it. I think that this is a simplistic view of things, again because most of us do not live simplistic lives these days. What happens is that people observe negative conditions, react to them, and then take that vibration into the rest of their day on all manner of other subjects, thus contaminating those subjects, so to speak. Now, as deliberate creators, if we encounter a negative subject, we know not to let that negative vibration affect the rest of our day. Instead we focus on the many positive things about our day and we know that well being is the only thing that flows.

The reason I wrote the above paragraph is not to dwell on the past, but to gain greater clarity in how to move on. When you understand the above paragraph, then you know that it is a thankless task to try and go back and find the 'source' of the frustrating condition. Anyway chances are that no singular subject was so frutrasting, it was just that in not being deliberate and in being observers of what is, we inadvertently took that vibration into other subjects and made it grow.

Are conditions more 'Powerful' than vibrations?

As I said earlier, conditions are great because they allow us to see and notice that something is 'off'. Like myself though, you probably read that thinking "yes but I'm a deliberate creator, fully aware of my emotional guidance system, so I notice in the vibrational stage when something is 'off". This is true, but many of those conditions arose at a time when we were not deliberate creators, not making proper use of our emotional guidance system. Manifestations/conditions got our attention more and in time led us to become more aware of our emotional guidance system. In that sense they were a powerful tool, but I want to dispel the notion that they are more powerful than the vibrational feeling level. There is a stream of thought that says that when something physically is, then it is 'more' than the feeling level. For example I can feel great about the thought of finding my ideal partner, but it is not the same as actually physically being with that person. This can lead to one not sustaining the vibrational feeling thought level as it can feel like it is not the same thing as the physical and therefore will not lead to the desired outcome. This attitude comes about from all that we've talked about so far. Because many conditions arose at a time before we were deliberate creators, we don't fully realise the power of thoughts and feelings and how they can easily flow into creating conditions.

Have you been listening to Abraham Hicks for quite some time now? Do you consider yourself to be a 'deliberate creator'? Do you feel generally good a lot of the time, appreciate your blessings, etc, but are stuck on the same old subjects. Are you mythed that despite all of the focus and commitment, your bank account is still pretty much the same as it was before you knew all this. The idea that creating the life you want, that once excited and thrilled you, is now starting to sound a bit old. You don't even really think about living an amazing life, it sounds so far fetched. You wonder why you even still listen to Abraham or meditate daily, but do so because what else is there. If so, I understand, and I also understand that a real change can now happen.

You see thoughts do create things. When we feel good then we're on our way to everything that feels good physically. Let's go right back to the start of this piece and think again about the frustrating body condition example. Now, instead of concerning yourself whatsoever with how that came into being, simply focus on feeling better about that condition. Say to yourself things like "frustrating thoughts created this condition about which I feel equally frustrated about now, but I know that by changing my thoughts about this condition to better feeling thoughts, the condition will change to reflect that". Even before starting any more specific thoughts, that is a good basis to start from. I don't want to get too specific here because everyone is an individual and I wouldn't want you to miss out on the joyeous journey. Afterall isn't it so much better to go on holiday yourself than to only ever hear about all the details of other people's vacations, zzz, lol. That said, humour me and let me give a few more guiding examples to get you on your way :D

"I fully believe that the cells of my body are always in the allowing mode and that I am the only one that can stop well-being from flowing to them. When I am in the allowing mode, then the cells of my body can easily change to the condition I prefer."

"This is easy! much easier than I have been making it out to be, and I am good with that! :D"

"The condition doesn't have to change overnight. I have put up with the condition for so long that I am happy to allow it to change in good time. I look forward to the first physical signs of things getting better. I know that my feeling good about this is the best place for me to be right now".

"I can move forward in my life. Things can get better".

"I love being a deliberate creator and seeing the results of living deliberately."

"I know that it does not take a lot of time for the first signs of a different vibration to show in physical form".

"I am willing to see this through, and I am enjoying the journey".

"I am feeling good regardless of conditions, therefore I fully expect that the conditions will change to reflect my new vibrational stance."

"Expectation is key, and now I've got it!"

Thanks! :D
